Easter Sunday, 31st: “[Hermano Evans] Brother Evans, I give you thanks for these studies, they are very edifying and motivating. I am leading a weekend group with some brothers who speak Spanish and English. I am using this Basic Bible Truths course. May Dios continue to bless you in the ministry of correspondence studies. I love you all in the name of Cristo. Your brother in Cristo, Ray A…” (Ray was born again on 2/27/2008; he is currently redoing the Spanish courses for the 4th time; he’s bi-lingual and did the English courses in 2020-22.) Praise God – “But exhort one another daily, as long as it is called today, so that none of you may be hardened by sin’s deceitfulness.” (Heb. 3:13)! Pray Ray assists his cellmates to ask for their own Bible studies.
Monday, 1st: WHAT DO YOU HOPE TO LEARN FROM GOD THROUGH THE STUDY OF HIS WORD? On March 21, at 7:44 PM, new student hopeful Katie P… e-mailed: “Hopefully the Bible study will help me to mourn the loss of my dear mother.” (1st study sent 3/27/24.) Praise God – “Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted.” (Matthew 5:4)! Pray Katie reads & meditates on God’s word daily; pray she does her study booklets & shares her heart with a godly lady.
Tuesday, 2nd: WHAT DO YOU HOPE TO LEARN FROM GOD THROUGH THE STUDY OF HIS WORD? On March 22, at 6:55 PM, new student hopeful Rachel P… e-mailed: “As a new believer, I am hoping to find guidance that will help me know the teaching of Jesus and how to follow Him the way He intended. If possible, please send a Spanish copy for my partner Pedro P… Spanish is his first language. Thanks!” (1st studies sent 3/27/24.) Praise God – “Guide me in Your truth and teach me, for You are the God of my salvation; all day long I wait for You.” (Psalm 25:5)! Pray Rachel & Pedro do their studies, share with each other & find a good church.
Wednesday, 3rd: WHAT DO YOU HOPE TO LEARN FROM GOD THROUGH THE STUDY OF HIS WORD? On March 24, at 2:15 AM, new student hopeful Alicia V… e-mailed: “I want to know God. I hope to learn the Bible. I also want to teach my son about God.” (1st study sent 3/27/24.) Praise God – “Now this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom You have sent.” (John 17:3)! Pray Alicia does her study & heeds God’s personal call to repent & believe.
Thursday, 4th: WHAT DO YOU HOPE TO LEARN FROM GOD THROUGH THE STUDY OF HIS WORD? On March 25, at 1:46 AM, new student hopeful Daisy R… e-mailed: “I hope to learn how to forgive, to follow God’s word and to believe He will give me the strength to move on.” (She signed up Josef R… too; studies sent 3/27/24.) Praise God – “Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you.” (Eph. 4:32)! Pray Daisy & Josef study together, share their hearts honestly & forgive as God leads them.
Friday, 5th: WHAT DO YOU HOPE TO LEARN FROM GOD THROUGH THE STUDY OF HIS WORD? On March 26, at 10:53 AM, new student hopeful Falisha S… e-mailed: “I hope to learn much about God and His Son, my Lord Jesus Christ, so I may be able to live a life in service to Him and bring the gospel to as many people as I can.” (1st study sent 3/28/24.) Praise God – “Brothers, children of Abraham, and you Gentiles who fear God, it is to us that this message of salvation has been sent.” (Acts 13:26)! Pray Falisha studies diligently & shares the gospel boldly.
Saturday, 6th: WHAT DO YOU HOPE TO LEARN FROM GOD THROUGH THE STUDY OF HIS WORD? On March 27, at 5:39 PM, new student hopeful, Sarah B… e-mailed: “I want to learn the Bible from the beginning. I don’t know anything. I want to be a better person” (1st study booklets sent 3/28/24 to Australia.) Praise God – “Show me Your ways, O LORD; teach me Your paths.” (Psalm 25:4)! Pray Sarah studies her 4 lessons, repents of sin, believes in Jesus, gets a Bible & shares the gospel message among her friends.
