Sunday, 17th: WHAT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING YOU HAVE LEARNED IN THIS STUDY? Shirley D… wrote: “The story of Joseph teaches us to approach disagreements God’s way. We must control our anger, in every situation, and let God be in control and be the only judge.” Praise God – “Now do not be grieved or angry with yourselves because you sold me here, for God sent me ahead of you to save lives.” (Gen. 45:5)! Pray Shirley keeps studying and encourages friends to study also.

Monday, 18th: WHAT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING YOU HAVE LEARNED IN THIS STUDY? HAVE YOU RECEIVED CHRIST AS YOUR SAVIOR? IF SO, WHEN? Rebecca T… (age 13) wrote: “The work of Christ on the cross is perfect and complete. Yes. In April 2023.” (Her study was mailed 1-20-23; her answers arrived 9-13-23.) Praise God – “For by one offering He has perfected forever those who are being sanctified.” (Hebrews 10:14)! Pray Rebecca studies her new lessons w/o delay & returns her tests for processing & to get new ones.

Tuesday, 19th: WHAT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING YOU HAVE LEARNED IN THIS STUDY? Frances B… wrote: “Man is declared righteous and given eternal life through faith in Christ and His redemptive work.” Praise God – “For the gospel reveals the righteousness of God that comes by faith from start to finish, just as it is written: “The righteous will live by faith.”” (Rom. 1:17)! Pray Frances invites her neighbor to study.

Wednesday, 20th: WHAT DO YOU HOPE TO LEARN FROM GOD THROUGH THE STUDY OF HIS WORD? On September 13, at 9:25 AM, hopeful new student Daniel B… e-mailed: “God’s will for my life and my family.” (His first study was mailed on 9-14-23.) Praise God – “In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.” (Proverbs 3:6)! Pray Daniel studies his lessons, surrenders all to Christ, shares his heart with family and requests studies for them.

Thursday, 21st: WHAT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING YOU HAVE LEARNED IN THIS STUDY? HAVE YOU RECEIVED CHRIST AS YOUR SAVIOR? IF SO, WHEN? Inmate Maneul Y… (age 27) wrote: “Jesus Christ was sinless. He died for our sins. Yes. 9/1/23.” (This first study was mailed 8-28-23, when his cellmate requested it.) Praise God – “For what I received I passed on to you as of first importance: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures,” (1 Cor. 15:3)! Pray Maneul studies diligently, memorizes verses & shares Christ.

Friday, 22nd: WHAT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING YOU HAVE LEARNED IN THIS STUDY? Inmate Gurpreet S… wrote: “God wants us to know Him and have faith because Satan is on the loose. God wants to be our friend. He is a person, not a force in the universe. He is a living person with glory.” (He is a 13-month-old in Christ; he requested these studies for his cellmate Maneul Y… mentioned above and for six other inmates as well.) Praise God – “I tell you, My friends, do not be afraid of those who kill the body and after that can do no more.” (Luke 12:4)! Pray Gurpreet keeps studying & sharing God’s message of hope with cellmates & guards.

Saturday, 23rd: WHAT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING YOU HAVE LEARNED IN THIS STUDY? HAVE YOU RECEIVED CHRIST AS YOUR SAVIOR? IF SO, WHEN? Teresa C… (age 65) wrote: “That our Savior, Jesus Christ, is the only way to God. I am bound for Heaven, for eternity, because I hold my Savior highly in my heart.” (This first study mailed on 9-7-23.) Praise God – “I will exalt You, O LORD, for You have lifted me up and have not allowed my foes to rejoice over me.” (Psalm 30:1)! Pray Teresa starts a Bible study with a neighbor using her study booklet.
