Sunday, 28th: WHAT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING YOU HAVE YOU LEARNED IN THIS LESSON? HAVE YOU RECEIVED THE LORD JESUS AS YOUR SAVIOR? and WHEN?  New student inmate Ryan W… (age 34) wrote: “That everything needs to be done through Jesus Christ. Yes. Today, 10-15-18.”

          Praise God – “Jesus answered, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.””(John 14:6)! Pray Ryan rereads his completed study booklets as he waits for his next ones.

Monday, 29th: Using BSBM’s website, Peter F… preregistered for Bible studies by mail on October 21, 2018 at 12:22 AM. When asked WHAT DO YOU HOPE TO LEARN FROM GOD STUDYING THE BIBLE?  Peter wrote: “A spark from God. I am backslidden. I want to follow Him again.”

          Praise GodSo he got up and went to his father. But while he was still in the distance, his father saw him and was filled with compassion.(Luke 15:20a)! Pray Peter repents and truly returns to following Christ.

Tuesday, 30th: Inmate Rece K… wrote: “Peace is one thing that is most meaningful to me from this lesson. To know that we can have peace, even in the midst of our troubles, is a great feeling. And I have personally experienced it. Another thing I liked that was mentioned in lesson 8 was the importance of prayer. Personally, it is when I pray and after I have prayed, about whatever may be bothering me or on my heart, that I can feel the assurance of God telling me ‘He has me’. (she is 23)

          Praise God – “May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope.”(Romans 15:13)! Pray Rece shares God’s word with other inmates.

Wednesday, 31st: WHAT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING YOU HAVE YOU LEARNED IN THIS LESSON? HAVE YOU RECEIVED THE LORD JESUS AS YOUR SAVIOR? and WHEN?  New student Machell B… (age 39) wrote: “God sent Jesus to die for me a poor miserable sinner and for all sinners. Yes. Here and now, 10-11-18.”

          Praise God – “He gave his life to purchase freedom for everyone. This is the message God gave to the world at just the right time.”(1 Timothy 2:6)! Pray Machell finds a good church & keeps studying her Bible & lessons.

Thursday, 1st: “10-13-18 To: BSBM, I would like to apply for your Bible studies. I believe this will greatly enhance my walk with my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I am grateful for those who help people like me to know God better. Thank you for your time and for the preparation of the studies. Goldie K… (she is an inmate)

            Praise God – “I always thank my God for you because of the grace He has given you in Christ Jesus.”(1 Corinthians 1:4)! Pray Goldie receives this first mailing and shares the Bible lessons with other inmates.

Friday, 2nd: “10-14-18 De: Nelson H… Para: Bible studies Queridos Hermanos [Dear brethren], I want to thank you for keeping me nourished with God’s word. Please pray that the Lord continues to give me strength and wisdom to face all the enemy’s traps.” (he is a 35-year-old inmate)

            Praise God – “Be sober-minded and alert. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour.”(1 Peter 5:8)! Pray Nelson remains faithful to the Lord when released & finds a church.

Saturday, 3rd: WHAT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING YOU HAVE YOU LEARNED IN THIS LESSON? HAVE YOU RECEIVED THE LORD JESUS AS YOUR SAVIOR? and WHEN?  A new student inmate (age 46) wrote: “That I can have a home in heaven through Jesus. Yes. In 2005. But I’ve backslid many times. I am a sinner and I pray, pray, pray that I may walk closer with Him every day. Mr. Darryl and Mrs. Joan, Thank you for caring about me and loving me. Steven W…

          Praise GodHe ran to his son, embraced him, and kissed him.(Luke 15:20b)! Pray Steven truly repents & returns to following Christ wholeheartedly. Pray he makes godly friendships on the inside.
