November 4 – 10

36 When He saw the crowds, He had compassion for them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd. 37 Then He said to His disciples, “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; 38 therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest.”” Matthew 9

Sunday, 4th: “I would like to thank you all at Bible Studies By Mail because when I get my study material it takes me away from this prison for a while. I would like to ask you to pray for a few things – forgiveness, faith, a short sentence, my pastor, my family and my daughter. In 22 months, I’ve lost my job, my wife, my house and my car. I pleaded guilty to my crimes and I begged for forgiveness from my friends, family and Christ. My stepmom of 35 years disowned me too as well as my 34-year-old brother. I have lost so much that sometimes it is hard to stay on the path of the Lord. Thank you all for everything. Please pray for me and everyone else in here. Thank you, James S… (age 36)

Praise God – “Whom have I in heaven but You? And besides You, I desire nothing on earth.”(Psalm 73:25)! Pray James memorizes key verses used in his study booklets. Pray for him as he asks us to.
