Mar 29 – Apr 4

But understand this: In the last days terrible times will come. 2 Timothy 3:1

Sunday, 29th: On March 25th, Shelia S… called to share a praise item: “I gave the first Bible study booklet you sent me to a man in his car. He took it reluctantly tossing it aside on the seat. It turned out that he later read it and surrendered his life to the Lord. Then he shared it with a friend who did the same and passed it on to another man who read it and got saved too. The third man then gave it to a business owner we know and have been praying for. This man also gave his life to the Lord after reading it. Now he is telling everyone who works for him to read it also.”

Praise God – “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;” (Romans 3:23)! Pray Shelia continues to be salt and light in her community. Pray the business owner requests studies from us.

Monday, 30th: WHAT’S THE MOST IMPORTANT THING YOU HAVE LEARNED? HAVE YOU RECEIVED THE LORD JESUS AS YOUR SAVIOR? and WHEN?  New student Petra S… (age 72) wrote: “To be a child of God, I must come as a sinner to Jesus and receive him as my Savior. Yes, this weekend, 3/20/20.”

Praise God – “Being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:” (Romans 3:24)! Pray Petra tells her family what she has done. Pray she finds a good church and keeps studying too.

Tuesday, 31st: WHAT’S THE MOST IMPORTANT THING YOU HAVE LEARNED? HAVE YOU RECEIVED THE LORD JESUS AS YOUR SAVIOR? and WHEN?  New student Kinsley B… (age 8) wrote: “The Lord Jesus came into the world to save people because they were lost. Yes. March 21, 2020.”

Praise God – “Truly I tell you, anyone who does not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it.” (Mark 10:15)! Pray Kinsley tells her friends what she did and asks them if they’d like to study also.

Wednesday, 1st: WHAT’S THE MOST IMPORTANT THING YOU HAVE LEARNED? HAVE YOU RECEIVED THE LORD JESUS AS YOUR SAVIOR? and WHEN?  New student Taylor B… (age 12) wrote: “When I believe what God says in His word, the Holy Spirit makes real in me what Christ has done for me. Yes. March 21, 2020.”

Praise God – “And He took the children in His arms, placed His hands on them, and blessed them.” (Mark 10:16)! Pray Taylor tells friends about Jesus and what happened. Pray Taylor makes good friendships.

Thursday, 2nd: WHAT’S THE MOST IMPORTANT THING YOU HAVE LEARNED? HAVE YOU RECEIVED THE LORD JESUS AS YOUR SAVIOR? and WHEN?  New student inmate Norberto M… (age 45) wrote: “The Son of God loved us so much that he became a man to die for our sins. Yes, right now, 3-22-20.”

Praise God – “But God proves His love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” (Romans 5:8)! Pray Norberto memorizes several key verses and rereads his first 2 studies as he waits for more.

Friday, 3rd: WHAT’S THE MOST IMPORTANT THING YOU HAVE LEARNED? HAVE YOU RECEIVED THE LORD JESUS AS YOUR SAVIOR? and WHEN?  New student inmate Kasandra V… (age 25) wrote: “Jesus is the only one that can save me. Yes, today, 3-23-20.”

Praise God – “Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me.”” (John 14:6)! Pray Kasandra shares her faith with others & studies all the lessons we send.

Saturday, 4th: Inmate Brian L… just completed the first Bible study booklet. He shared: “Thank you all for sending me these Bible studies. I accepted Christ on 11-20-2006 and was baptized that very evening. I need to start being more serious about my walk with our dear Heavenly Father. I need to truly repent and make amends. And I need to allow Jesus to fully have my heart and soul. So please pray for me. In 4 to 5 weeks, I should be getting transferred to a lower security yard. Thanks.”

Praise God – “For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake will find it.” (Matthew 16:25)! Pray Brian surrenders himself to the Lord completely. Pray he memorizes key verses.
