Sunday, 25th: “Dear MY NEW LIFE IN CHRIST family, please forgive my lateness in returning lessons 15 – 18. I didn’t have any stamps or envelopes for about a week and a half. I don’t want you to think that I’ve lost interest or gave up on learning and studying God’s word. I really enjoy these lessons and look forward to them always. This study is a true blessing to my life, teaching me many things. Thank you for all your help. In Christ’s love, your brother Keon M…” (From now on he will receive a self-addressed postage paid envelope with each mailing of new studies.) Praise God – “Abundant peace belongs to those who love Your instruction; nothing can make them stumble.” (Psalm 119:165)! Pray Keon shares God’s message of hope and peace with others.

Monday, 26th: WHAT DO YOU HOPE TO LEARN FROM GOD THROUGH THE STUDY OF HIS WORD? On July 19 at 8:02 PM, new student hopeful Dawn T… e-mailed: “Everything! I found Jesus 5 years ago and I want to know and learn as much as I can. I just don’t know where to start or how. I don’t belong to a church, so I want to make sure I’m doing it right.” (First studies sent 7/22/21) Praise God – “Let us not neglect meeting together, as some have made a habit, but let us encourage one another,” (Heb 10:25a)! Pray Dawn finds a Bible-teaching church & does her studies.

Tuesday, 27th: WHAT’S THE MOST IMPORTANT THING YOU HAVE LEARNED? HAVE YOU RECEIVED THE LORD JESUS AS YOUR SAVIOR? and WHEN? New student inmate Gabriela G… (age 35) wrote: “That God is the creator of all and Jesus Christ is our Savior. Yes, today 7/14/21.” (First studies sent 7/8/21) Praise God – “And we have seen and testify that the Father has sent His Son to be the Savior of the world.” (1 John 4:14)! Pray Gabriela restudies completed lessons and memorizes key verses.

Wednesday, 28th: WHAT DO YOU HOPE TO LEARN FROM GOD THROUGH THE STUDY OF HIS WORD? On July 20 at 5:54 PM, new student hopeful Travis K… e-mailed: “I just want to be able to sit with my family and teach them the word of God.” (7/22/21 first studies sent to him, his wife Christina and their son Joshua) Praise God – “Submit to one another out of reverence for Christ.” (Ephesians 5:21)! Pray Travis, Christina and Joshua experience family revival as they study alone, share together and pray.

Thursday, 29th: HAVE YOU RECEIVED THE LORD JESUS AS YOUR SAVIOR? and WHEN? New student inmate Julian C… (age 29) wrote: “Sí, Julio 3, 2021 [Yes, July 3, 2021]. I want to receive the next lessons and finish the whole program. I am from Columbia and I ask you to pray for my mom Francia. She was in a car accident and had surgery on her knee. But her ligaments haven’t healed.Praise God – “How sweet are Your words to my taste–sweeter than honey in my mouth!” (Psalm 119:103)! Pray Julian keeps studying and gets his court date; pray Francia’s knee heals.

Friday, 30th: WHAT DO YOU HOPE TO LEARN FROM GOD THROUGH THE STUDY OF HIS WORD? On July 21 at 7:48 PM, BSBM’s 2018 graduate student Sharon M… e-mailed: “I have done your studies a while back. My husband has cancer and I do Bible studies while he’s taking his Chemo treatments.” (She will redo the courses) Praise God – “They feast on the abundance of Your house, and You give them drink from Your river of delights.” (Psalm 36:8)! Pray Sharon and her husband reflect Christ’s love to others.

Saturday, 31st: A soon to be released inmate shared: “Every day I tend to prepare my mind for being released. After 25 ½ years that will be some of my greatest challenges. Although I know that if I just trust in God and His plan for my life, then everything will be alright. In Christ, Jeremy F…” Praise God – “The LORD will watch over your coming and going, both now and forevermore.” (Psalm 121:8)! Pray Jeremy waits joyfully on the LORD, trusting in Him to overcome all challenges.
