July 12 – 18

They are not of the world, just as I am not of the world. Jesus praying (John 17:16)

Sunday, 12th: “June 23, 2020 I am interested in your Bible lessons. I have lost Mom in 2020 and my little brother in 2002. I am needing some proof of heaven, because that’s all I have to hang on to. They are there. My address: 221 __ Rd __ TN __. Thank you, Mac L… (His Mom’s address was the same as Mac’s, until Jesus called her home; she had completed all BSBM’s courses.)

Praise God – “Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things. For you died, and your life is now hidden with Christ in God.” (Colossians 3:2-3)! Pray Mac studies his Bible and lessons sent. Pray he shares Christ.

Monday, 13th: WHAT DO YOU HOPE TO LEARN FROM GOD THROUGH THE STUDY OF HIS WORD? On July 1st at 2:52 AM, new student hopeful Stephen B… e-mailed: “I tried many years ago to do Bible studies by mail. I was from a Southern Baptist Church and for some reason I stopped. I was married and now I’m divorced. I never left my believing in Jesus Christ, but I fell away from the Bible and studying it. I want to go back to the Bible. And with God helping me, I won’t stop this time.”

Praise God – “Therefore, since you have been raised with Christ, strive for the things above, where Christ is seated at the right hand of God.” (Colossians 3:1)! Pray Stephen does his Bible studies & memorizes verses.

Tuesday, 14th: “June 26th 2020 Mr. Evans, I would like to thank you for the Character Letter. It was exactly what was needed. Please pray for the Compassionate Release Motion. Kyle C… (He is 32 and he’s studied diligently for 3 years and 2 months, scoring in the high 90 percentile.)

Praise God – “Whatever you do, work at it with your whole being, for the Lord and not for men,” (Colossians 3:23)! Pray Kyle seeks to please God, above all else, in his personal life; pray he trusts in God alone.

Wednesday, 15th: “I am writing to request lessons for my grandson. He is 9 years old and autistic. His mother will be doing the lessons with him. It took a bit of work to get her to agree to this. Now it is in God’s hands. Her name is Aleea P… and my grandson’s is Gage P…  I (Randall W…) have your Certificate of Graduation for completing all your courses. I hope this same blessing for my grandson. Thank you and God bless, Randy”

Praise God – “I pray that the LORD will let your family and your descendants always grow strong.” (Psalm 115:14)! Pray Gage and Aleea work together, as needed, to study and complete Gage’s Bible lessons.

Thursday, 16th: “6-28-20 Hello, I am writing because I need some advice on things. Those things are concerning the Trinity, and the Holy Spirit. I had an individual say that the Holy Spirit is not real. I am a Baptist and I do believe the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. I would be very thankful for any material like pamphlets that you could send. Chris P… (an inmate who has taken 4 months to do 2 lessons.)

Praise God – “Make every effort to present yourself approved to God, an unashamed workman who accurately handles the word of truth.” (2 Timothy 2:15)! Pray Chris diligently studies the lessons and his Bible.

Friday, 17th: WHAT DO YOU HOPE TO LEARN FROM GOD THROUGH THE STUDY OF HIS WORD? On July 6th at 2:25 PM, new student hopeful Sara A… e-mailed: “What is expected of me. What my life purpose is. How to live for God.”

Praise God – “Therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, I urge you to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God; this is your spiritual worship.” (Romans 12:1)! Pray Sara totally surrenders all to God!

Saturday, 18th: “June 25, 2020 I received several certificates from you, in years past, for Bible courses completed. I have lost all of them and I request that you send them to me again. This would bless me tremendously. Kevin J… (In 2013, he began studying, as an inmate; in 2015, he was released to a home address, but he discontinued studying; in 2020, he’s incarcerated again.)

Praise God – “We know that our old self was crucified with Him so that the body of sin might be rendered powerless, that we should no longer be slaves to sin.” (Romans 6:6)! Pray Kevin follows Christ obediently, in love.
