Sunday, 13th: WHAT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING YOU HAVE YOU LEARNED IN THIS LESSON? HAVE YOU RECEIVED THE LORD JESUS AS YOUR SAVIOR? and WHEN?  New student Ashley P… (age 25) wrote: “That God became Man and that Man was Jesus Christ. He sacrificed His Son to atone for our sins and only through Him are we saved. I really love how this lesson is backed with scripture and examples. Looking forward to my next lessons. I accepted the Lord Jesus as a teen, but I was backslidden for years. By grace He humbled me and called me back to Himself on April 7, 2018.”

          Praise God – “Return, O my soul, to your rest; for the LORD has dealt bountifully with you.”(Psalm 116:7)! Pray Ashley continues studying God’s word. Pray she invites others to a weekly group Bible study.

Monday, 14th: WHAT DO YOU HOPE TO LEARN FROM GOD THROUGH THE STUDY OF HIS WORD?  Hopeful new student Andre H… wrote: everything about God and My Lord and Savior”

          Praise God – “Grace and peace be multiplied to you through the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord.”(2 Peter 1:2)! Pray Andre shares what he learns about God and Jesus through his actions & his speech.

Tuesday, 15th: WHAT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING YOU HAVE YOU LEARNED IN THIS LESSON? HAVE YOU RECEIVED THE LORD JESUS AS YOUR SAVIOR? and WHEN?  New student inmate Stacy D… (age 37) wrote: “Who God is and who Jesus is and how to be saved by God and be his child. Yes, 12/31/2018 on New Year’s eve through this course.”

          Praise God – “Turn to Me and be saved, all the ends of the earth; for I am God, and there is no other.”(Isaiah 45:22)! Pray Stacy connects with another believer on the inside and seeks to study God’s word daily.

Wednesday, 16th: WHAT DO YOU HOPE TO LEARN FROM GOD THROUGH THE STUDY OF HIS WORD?  Hopeful new student Floyd L… wrote: “To gain a better understanding of God’s word”

          Praise God – “Give me understanding that I may observe Your law, and follow it with all my heart.”(Psalm 119:34)! Pray Floyd applies God’s word to his personal life & so experiences a greater understanding.

Thursday, 17th: WHAT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING YOU HAVE YOU LEARNED IN THIS LESSON? HAVE YOU RECEIVED THE LORD JESUS AS YOUR SAVIOR? and WHEN?  New student inmate Jacob B… (age 33) wrote: “Jesus defeated sin on the cross, dying for our sins, even for mine. And then He defeated death by rising from the dead, 3 days later!! Jesus died for sinners like me, addicts like me. I am saved through grace and belief in Jesus the Son of God!! Yes, I received the Lord Jesus many years ago, but I fell into an addiction to crack cocaine. I lost my family doing my selfish, terrible things.”

            Praise God – “For this son of mine was dead and is alive again! He was lost and is found!”(Luke 15:24a)! Pray Jacob feasts on God’s word by diligently studying his correspondence lessons with Bible in hand.

Friday, 18th: WHAT DO YOU HOPE TO LEARN FROM GOD THROUGH THE STUDY OF HIS WORD?  Hopeful new student Amber P… wrote: “To learn how to incorporate God’s word & faith into my family’s life”

            Praise God – “From infancy you have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus.”(2 Tim 3:15)! Pray Amber studies her lessons and requests children’s ones too.

Saturday, 19th: WHAT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING YOU HAVE YOU LEARNED IN THIS LESSON? HAVE YOU RECEIVED THE LORD JESUS AS YOUR SAVIOR? and WHEN?  New student inmate Glynda Watson (age 42) wrote: “God cannot overlook sin and Jesus Christ was the only one who claimed to be God of all the founders of the world’s religions. Yes, on April 15, 2014. Please send these lessons to James H… ID#_____. He is 18 and wants to turn from drugs to Christ! Praise God!”

          Praise God – “He Himself bore our sins in His body on the tree, so that we might die to sin and live to righteousness. “By His stripes you are healed.””(1 Peter 2:24)! Pray Glynda and James follow Christ’s teaching.
