Sunday, 29th: Note in with study worksheets: “I’m really enjoying these lessons cause they’re helping me grow and learn how to live as a child of God, so that I can be a blessing to others. Thanks goes to you and most of all to the Lord, Patricia F… P.S. I would love to give a donation to your ministry, so can you tell me how?” Praise God – “Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ;” (Ephesians 5:20)! Pray Patricia shares God’s message of hope with others and helps them to study too.

Monday, 30th: Inmate Jarrod S… sent a note with his study worksheets: “Please pray for my family and for me. My mother is still suffering from addiction. Thank you for your prayers. I appreciate what you do greatly. God has helped my brother get out of jail and stay sober. I have received countless blessings and answered prayers, since I asked Jesus to come into my life.” (Studies sent 1.6.21; returned 7.6.21; born again 6.28.21) Praise God – “For we cannot stop speaking about what we have seen and heard.” (Acts 4:20)! Pray Jarrod rereads completed studies, memorizes key Bible verses and shares the gospel; pray for his mom too.

Tuesday, 31st: Another note tucked in with an inmate’s study worksheets: “I really have enjoyed these last lessons on Soul Winning. These things I have learned will help me bring lost souls to Christ. I have noticed that my spirit tends to be frustrated and angry with this new lockdown environment. Pray that God would give me peace and joy. In Christ, Jeremy F…” (We sent him Discovery Series booklets on patience and anger) Praise God – “And a servant of the Lord must not quarrel but be gentle to all, able to teach, patient,” (2 Timothy 2:24)! Pray Jeremy begins each day on his knees surrendering himself to God & seeking His guidance.

Wednesday, 1st: WHAT’S THE MOST IMPORTANT THING YOU HAVE LEARNED? HAVE YOU RECEIVED THE LORD JESUS AS YOUR SAVIOR? and WHEN? New student Sandra S… (age 50) wrote: “That the only way to heaven is through Jesus Christ and we must believe in the Lord Jesus Christ to get into heaven. Yes 4 or 5 years ago, but I slipped away. I’m an addict now trying to get the Lord to help me turn my life around. Pray for me.” Praise God – “For in You I can charge an army, and with my God I can scale a wall.” (Psalm 18:29)! Pray Sandra restudies all completed lessons and hides Bible key verses in her heart through prayer & memorization.

Thursday, 2nd: “Thank you all at B.S.B.M. for all the love, time and effort put forth in ministering to many who have been tossed aside and forgotten. Each of these studies help us grow and learn; they remind us of just how great our God is and how blessed we truly are. In Christ, Dallas A…” (He is a 55-year-old inmate) Praise God – “Remember these, O Jacob, And Israel, for you are My servant; I have formed you, you are My servant; O Israel, you will not be forgotten by Me!” (Isa. 44:21)! Pray Dallas keeps studying & sharing.

Friday, 3rd: WHAT’S THE MOST IMPORTANT THING YOU HAVE LEARNED? HAVE YOU RECEIVED THE LORD JESUS AS YOUR SAVIOR? and WHEN? New student Ruben M… (age 41) wrote: “I learned that to get on the narrow road to Heaven we must repent and take Jesus as our Savior. Yes, today August 20, 2021” (1st studies sent 2.26.21) Praise God – “He lifted me up from the pit of despair, out of the miry clay; He set my feet upon a rock, and made my footsteps firm.” (Psalm 40:2)! Pray Ruben studies his lessons & leads his family in a godly way.

Saturday, 4th: WHAT DO YOU HOPE TO LEARN FROM GOD THROUGH THE STUDY OF HIS WORD? On August 22 at 2:26 PM, new student hopeful Frank L… e-mailed: “How to live life more like Jesus my Savior; to follow him closer.” Praise God – “For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake will save it.” (Luke 9:24)! Pray Frank studies his first lessons diligently and intently follows Christ closer than ever.
